
Requests for exchanges of products may be accepted within 7 calendar days of the postal delivery date. There will be NO REFUNDS for returns under any circumstances, all sales are final. Instead, replacements can be made for the same product (if the originally purchased unit was defective) or exchange can be made for another product of equal value, only in cases of defective merchandise. The client must provide evidence of the damage (e.g. pictures of damages bottles, ziplock bags, envelope, etc), as requested by the seller (us). If no evidence of damage is provided by the client, or the request for replacements is made more than 7 calendar days after package receipt, then replacements requests will not be honored. We will use the official shipping carrier tracking information available online to determine when a package was delivered within the USA. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, the 7 calendar days limit still applies as we are not responsible for shipping carrier mistakes or buyer providing incorrect/incomplete address. For international orders, the buyer must provide evidence of date of receipt. If the international buyer does not provide such evidence we will not accept any returns. Materials must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or ziplock bag in order to be considered for a refund. If a shipment is severely delayed by the postal carrier(s), IdeaLabs may choose to send a second shipment, as a courtesy, while the first shipment is still in transit. The buyer hereby agrees that if both packages are delivered, regardless of the order in which they are delivered, the buyer will return either one of the packages to IdeaLabs, without opening it. That return can be accomplished by simply giving the unopened package to the mail delivery person or to a clerk at a local post office and telling the delivery person or clerk that the buyer "refuses delivery". The delivery person or mail clerk will accept the package and return it to us for no extra charge to the buyer. If the buyer receives all packages and opens all of them, then this will be considered "acceptance of delivery" and the buyer will be responsible for payment of the additional items sent, minus the shipping costs. In the event the buyer refuses to return the unopened extra package(s) or refuses to remit payment for the opened extra package(s), the cost of all additional items (minus the shipping cost) will be charged to the credit/debit card the buyer used to place the original order. Please note that this policy is an industry-standard and is in place in virtually all major online retailer such as Amazon, Alibaba, Otto, Zalando, Ebay, Walmart, etc.
